First of all I resent (NOT resemble) the implication that those were all female drivers!!
The video was hilarous! I'm not sure which I liked better...the car that needed another driver to get into the parking space after so long or the mini-van that tried to follow the bus. :)
Not sure who posted the previous comment, nor the video, doesn't really matter.
I think we need to see what Webster says about the definition of implicit . 1. suggested though not plainly expressed: implied 2. necessarily involved though not apparent: inherent 3. without reservation: absolute
Guess you're somewhat correct. Definitions numbers one and two don't apply. Number three fits perfectly however.
