Well, maybe not addicted, but I am so much better about working out when there is a goal in sight!!
I would consider running the 10K Oct. 11 (which is a Sunday, Shug!) in the Towpath Marathon if anyone was interested??!! The website is: www.towpathmarathon.net
I do think we should run the Aurora Turkey Trot (11-26-09) as a family!! :) It's 4miles @ 8:30am on Thanksgiving day! www.hmapromotions.net
