Vacation is fast approaching!!! Less than a month till Topsail!!!
As in years past, the plan will be to have a different couple be responsible for cooking dinner for everyone each night of the week. So that we don't end up eating the same chicken dish 7 times during the week, please comment on which night you want to make dinner, and what you are planning on cooking. Here are the pairs.
Frankie and George/Bob
Jon and Julie
The P. Moore's
Jimmy and Kelsey
Jason and Sarah (meal will need to be later in the week)
Don and Doro Neighbours
Frankie has volunteered to make dinner on the Sunday night that we arrive. She is going to make Homemade steak Chipotle.
Jon and Julie are taking Monday night and making Creamy, Crunchy Chicken.

LOL......this is kinda cute; the Neighbours responded to Julie's request of a day/menu, but they chose to leave the comment on the Happy Fathers day post. Since I got an email showing the post (as I do for them all) I decided to copy and paste it here, for ALL to see.
Sounds delicious, BTW, as does EVERYTHING!!
I'd also like to say it's nice to hear from the Neighbours again!!
The Neighbours will grill steaks or other, choices of potato, with garden corn and green salad. Assorted fruit for dessert. Tues eve or whatever night works is fine with us.

I dont even know what kind of underwear I will put on in 8 hours and you want to know what I am going to cook in 4 weeks!?!?!?!?
We will be using taco meat for tacos, taco salads, nachos,etc. We will have also creme brulee, a polenta vinaigrette, ceviche, and graham crackers

Aunt Dorknob here. So my first blog entry went the wrong place...oops ...At least I tried. We check the blog often and appreciate the narrative as well as the pictures and videos. Jim drove to SA TX to visit with us. What a blessing and treat.

Don't be meaning to make a habit of correcting posts, but Jim has remained in Munroe Falls ALL summer. Am looking forward to Topsail though.
