For those who don't yet know:
We're selling the condo!
It's been a great place to live, but we think this might be the best time to buy a house (if/when we sell the condo.) So spread the word!! Or make us an offer :)
We just signed the papers last night, and it's already up at realtor.com (1339 Apache Trail, Unit C, Stow, Ohio.)
We'll keep you posted on how the process goes.
