I was looking for alternative Beach destinations for the PullinMooreTroutNeighbors vacation this summer. I know in the past, we have had difficulty finding a house big enough for all of use to stay together. I found this house in Nags Head, NC. Nags Head is part of the Outer Banks.

I liked this house because it has 6 bedrooms. Every bedroom has at least a double bed. It has a private pool. It appears to be about the same distance to the beach as we have walked before at Topsail.

Jon, I'll be first to say it looks good to me.
It'd be helpful to present the (current)cost comparisons between Topsail and OBX as I believe our (group)size (and still expanding ) has priced us out of Topsail, but that's just my opinion.
Strictly opinion. The house looks a little dated. The pool would be a nice feature. I believe Franky pointed out the reason(s) we usually get 2 houses are including the noise factor at night among others. The price is comparable to Topsail Turvey.
The last sentence in the summary scares me as well, heart of Nags Head is close to restaurants, shops and attraction. This means LOTS OF PEOPLE.
