Research has been done for a couple of vacation listings and we are now interested in the comments from the peanut gallery!
We started off by looking at houses only south of the office. Most of the houses north were renovated or remodeled after storms leaving them with elevators, 3 jacuzzi, and a $4000 price tag. We also looked for a house between $1000 and $2000. Last year we tagged Starry Night for $1295 and paid a total of $1700 after taxes, etc. So here are a couple that would fit our bedding requirements, beach access accommodations, price, and time frames.

To give a ballpark figure these houses range from $325 per couple to $800. Obviously depending on the number of people that are attending.

First off, let us say THANK YOU for all your work. Took you lots of time to come up with these "finalists "
Been to the site and our two "favorites" are # 642 & # 680 in July.
Your Mom's preference is July, but will go any time that meets her availabilty schedule.
We need to narrow down the list so we can make a decision as quickly as possible.

(please note that we changed our rankings about 47 times before coming up with this list, so you can rest assured that we actually really like all of these):
1. 642- because of the good sleeping arrangements and all bedrooms with porch and good views
2. 675- because of extra kitchen in "efficiency"
3. 665- because close to beach
4. 670- because of good sleeping arrangements and porta crib (we are actually not really sure what that is, but we are trying to look out for our Abbs)
5. 680- because of good sleeping arrangements
