Movember

I just decided I'm going to participate in Movember. I'm recommending that all boys men in the PullinMooreTrout families join the team. A link to do so is at the bottom of this post. I've worn pink all month long in support of breast cancer, I volunteered and participated in the LIVESTRONG Challenge. I feel this is a little closer to home, and something that I can get behind. Mostly 'cause I'd like to see how I can grow a moustache, but also because it is to raise money to combat prostate and testicular cancer. The team I created is PullinMooreTrout, but I'm going to invite all my friends as well. I'll need to spend some time strategizing how to do this exactly, but this is a general call to arms! Here's the way it works....

You gotta start clean-shaven Novemember 1st. You grow a 'stache all month long to raise awareness of the cause. There's rules on what constitutes a 'stache (vs a goatee or beard). Hopefully the new look will spark some conversations around what you're doing. Money raised goes to the Prostrate Cancer Foundation and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Edit: I was able to fix the first link; it appears to be working. I can't figure out what's wrong with the second. Go to the first link and search (upper right) "Jim Pullin" (without the quotes) and you'll see me on team "PullinMooreTrout". It looks like the team has already gotten some monies donated... but no additional team members yet! The link to join the team is on that page! C'mon you boys men!
