Update

In case you haven't heard, I found out yesterday that I am going to become an officall rubbermaid employee, I will no longer be an embedded temp.

A few people have asked what all that changes and since I have yet to go through the orientation/paperwork process, I'm not 100% sure on everything but I know:

- I may or may not have to switch shifts, it depends on the needs of the company and where i am at in my hours compared to where everyone else who is being brought in (I think they are hiring 12 temps)

- I will get vacation, health benefits etc.

- Possibly a raise as well?

It's kind of funny, because before my supervisor came over to give me a copy of the new hired on paperwork, I was just talking to someone I work with and she was asking me why I wasn't hired in yet because she thought I was at that point..

I've been with this temp service for almost two years, had I been a temp in august still it would have been. Just goes to show if you stick with something long enough it will come to you.

Thank you to everyone who has been praying about my job status.. Now I can concentrate on school! :-)
