VACAY!

Greetings! I did some research today for a nice Topsail house for the whole gang, and I thought I would share my findings.

Here is who I understand is planning on coming:
Poppie & Frankie
Jimmy & Kelsey
Julie & Jon
Doro & Don
Jaim, kiddos, & Mike for part of the week (?)
Maybe Jason and maybe Sarah for part of the week (?)

So the "definites" would need 4 bedrooms, and if the Moores are pretty sure, then we definitely need 5 BR.

If we are planning on the week of August 7 or 8, which I believe is the best week for me and Frankie, here are our options:

Sykes #318: 5 BR (Q, Q, Q, D, 2S, QSS, DSS, Porta-crib), 3 full + 2 half baths; soundfront

Shoreline A & B: we would have to get both sides of this condo, but each side has 3 BR (K, Q, 2Bunks), 3 baths; second row ocean

Just Peachy #104: 5 BR (Q, Q, Q+S, Q+S, 2S), 3 baths; canalfront

Carolina Moon # 198: 5 BR (Q, Q, Q, Q, 2S), 2.5 baths (no pictures online for this one); oceanfront

If we wanted to go the week of 8/15, we would also have these options (but not 8/8):

Cat's Meow: 5 BR (K, Q, Q, Q, 2S), 3.5 baths; oceanfront

One Fish, Two Fish: 5 BR (K, Q, 2S, 2S, 2Bunks, porta-crib), 3 baths, oceanfront

A Water Spot: 5 BR (K, Q, Q+S, Q+S, QSS), 3 baths, ocean view


There were a few other options that I didn't think looked very nice, and/or they were almost all single beds, which I didn't think we would want. Oh, and I also did not look at any in Surf City, but there were some there, too. Since there really aren't a ton of options because of how many people we have, I didn't know if we wanted to try to book sooner rather than later.

Thoughts??? I know I am pumped!!!

Oh- one more thing- for those who we didn't tell- Jon and I would like to pay "more than our share", because I was blessed with a nice job for this summer, so keep in mind that you will not have to split the cost evenly.
